Shannon Desmond
Chief Innovation Officer

Shannon Desmond has been pioneering mission driven initiatives through strategic marketing and communication plans across industries including: health care, non-profit organizations, small to mid-size businesses, academic research institutions, biotech companies, state government, and division-specific missions within large enterprises. Shannon founded her own marketing consulting and business development firm in 2012 and subsequently secured a national and international client portfolio within two years of start-up.

 

Shannon has a reputation of building key, long-standing relationships across a multitude of spaces. Her clients have referred to her as a valued asset, highly analytical thinker, and a project manager who is solution oriented. 

 

Her innovative, forward thinking, results driven approach has aided in her significant success of growing market share, expanding fundraising efforts, branding, lead generation, overall business development through various methods of high-level marketing strategy, UX, marketing analytics, web development and digital communications.

 

Shannon is a Massachusetts native and a graduate of Boston College. She has been a content strategist and client advisor at the MA Executive Office of Technology Services and Security working on www.Mass.Gov, she has lead Public Relations teams, Marketing and Sales departments and worked in media sales and marketing at CBS Infinity Radio.  

 

She is the former Director of Consumer Education for Massachusetts Consumer Affairs and Business Regulation, is a member of Infragard, an FBI cybersecurity organization, co-chair of corporate sponsorship and digital outreach, special events for Birthday Wishes, Newton, MA and has sat on numerous non-profit fundraising committees in the Greater Boston Area.

Michael McNeil
Chief Operating Officer and Director of Merchandising

Michael brings to TTS a long standing career in products, marketing, branding and merchandising. He holds the world's only patent for a specialized hat that can be found in retail establishments internationally. His business acumen and drive to constantly make big things happen for his clients makes him the propulsion in the wheel at TTS. Michael runs multiple companies in various sectors and has access to the world's leading manufactures and distributors.

Michael is a Massachusetts native, but has spent most of his time in residences in Los Angelos, CA.

Kristen Williams
Director of Strategic Marketing

Kristen loves strategy and numbers almost as much as she loves people. Leveraging a background in corporate finance, Kristen brings data to life, providing insights through analytical data-driven modeling.

 

Kristen was most recently at the Boston Consulting Group, and has varied experiences in event planning, retail, website design, non-profits, athletics, the medical device industry, biomedical technologies, and management consulting.

 

Kristen graduated from Boston University’s Questrom School of Business with a dual degree in Finance & Marketing. She is currently perusing her “double Terrier” with an MBA from BU, concentrating in Strategy & Marketing. She has recently joined the Young Alumni Council’s Communications Committee.

Kristen is a competitive swimmer and in her free time, you can find her researching the next vacation or experimenting in the kitchen.

Phil Palanza
 Director of Advanced Analytics

Philip is a seasoned research analyst who combines quantitative methods such as regression analysis and machine learning with qualitative fieldwork to solve complex problems for c-level business leaders.

 

As an analyst at State Street Bank and Cerulli Associates, he conducted market research and developed strategic recommendations for some of the world’s largest asset managers. This includes topics such as sustainable investing, behavioral biases, organizational culture, and compensation incentives. As a legislative director in the Massachusetts House of Representatives, contributed to research on a wide variety of healthcare policy issues, notably Medicare reform and ACA integration.

 

He is a frequent speaker and panelist in the investment management industry, having presented his research at conferences hosted by Wharton School of Business, Barrons, Thompson Reuters, Money Management Institute, and CFA Institute.

 

Philip holds a MS in Applied Economics from Boston College and a BA in Economics from Wake Forest University. He has experience with a wide variety of data sets including surveys, economic indicators, seasonal trends, balance sheets, marketing data, and operational reports.
